Reading a book which says "every network adapter will have a logical name , Default name: Local Area Connection"
ok so if the LAC is the name of the adapter then why does the LAC have its own properties page? this would indicate they were two separate things (which to the best of my knowledge I believed this to be true) has the book worded this incorrectly?
Also on a side note my NIC properties page does not have a link speed section, why could this be? I thought it was standard?
